I had looked where to leave comments. We were very pleased with the service we received from Russell Bounds at Railey Realty. As soon as we told him that we wanted to sell the house, he had everything under control. Mind you we live 2 hours away from Deep Creek and couldn't be there. Russell had the house organized, got somebody to do a deep cleaning, had windows washed, little repairs that needed to be done he took care off as well. As soon as all was done, within a week, on Friday the house was listed and on Saturday he had already a viewing and a bid. He called us if we were okay with the bid, we said no and countered and the buyer was happy with that. At that point everything went quick, a due diligence was done with a total inspection of the house. There were miner repairs we had overlooked and closing was set at December 3rd but due to Russell's effective action, we were able to close on November 13. It was a wonderful experience to deal with a real estate agent so dedicated to get the deal for us done. We can't thank him enough.
